I e-mailed FDG about Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom. Their response was:

Currently, there are no plans to bring "Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom" to
GOG.com but that doesn't rule out that we will do so in the future.

The final content updates for Shovel Knight, King of Cards and Shovel Knight Showdown have now been delayed from the second half of 2018 to April 9th, 2019.

According to its trailer (by all means watch it, I can't even) it's coming to GOG, hopefully on launch date some day in November.
