Here's my modification for Final Lib
* Adds ESCORT SQUAD [Commissar and Space Marines]
* Adds Land Speeder Tornado [Hvy Bolter and Assault Cannon]
* Adds Flamer to Land Speeder
* Boosted all armor on Space Marine Predator and Vindicator chassi
* Vindicator has BIG BOOM demolisher [just get in close!]
* Land Raider now a Super Heavy [two hits] superior armor
* Added Thunderhawk with Turbolaser Destroyer [for Titan and tank hunting]
* Added Devastators [Lascannons and Missile launchers] unit size only 20 vs 25
* Titan Wpn Accuracy is increased [now you can actually hit things with GREEN level titans]
* Space Marine armor now 50, tested this a lot to find the right amount of an armor save. They're powerful, and now have a heavy weapon as well [one missile launcher], more fun to find them now.
* Space Marines can now fight on their own, using the new units and durability.
* Added ORK Mega Armoured Nobs [1/per detachment], unit of 4, best armor of any infantry unit, comes with battlewagon, very slow movement, require transport to get stuck in. Destroy transport to stop them, use AT wpns.
* "QUAKE CANNON" = R4 from 1 (now destroy infantry with larger blast)
* "Plasma Blastgun" = R3 (again, large blast)
* "Plasma Destructor" = R5 (large blast)
* "Volcano Cannon" = R5 (ever seen the size of this blast?)
* "Melta Cannon" = R6 (ever seen a pool of melted slag?)
* "Rockets" = R2 (these belong to aircraft, now have added anti-infantry ability)
* "Bolters" = range NOW 12 was 20 (all infantry now have to get a bit closer, no more kilometer shots)
* "Lasguns" = range NOW 12 was 20 (all infantry now have to get a bit closer)
I'm sure the archive contains everything I use, so there should be no crashing.
** KNOW BUG - if you right click on a NEW unit in the detachment screen when choosing your army, the game will CRASH instead of going to the codex screen. Only on the detachment menu it does this. Bug persist in other mods as well.

Are you sure R.o.f only works against infantry? Isn't that also the number of hits against vehicles(except for artillery)?
It means that apart from the ork custom kannon speedsta, it is impossible to represent the weapons with high anti vehicle RoF in the game, but at the same time, it makes it much easier to differentiate AP and AT weapons.
